My client, an established online gaming company based in the heart of the city, are looking for a Client Services Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who speaks fluent Turkish to join a sociable and progressive team which offers development long-term
Knowledge or experience within the Onling Gaming Industry is adavantageous.
Identify/manage the acquisition of new VIP's through pro-active outbound caling
Build strong and trustworthy relationships with VIP's
Identify, optimise and develop VIP retention programs
Providing customer services via phone, email and live chat support
Accurately record data into the case record system
Effective conflict resolution skills of handling client complaints and inquiries
Inputting details into a database
Confident using Microsoft Office
Work alongside the internal and external teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both oral & written)
• Proven track record in customer service/sales with strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident with Microsoft office products including Word, Power Point and Excel
• Self-motivated & results driven
• Team player
• Basic knowledge of Online Gaming Industry is advantageous
